If you have a problem with your urn, e.g. damaged or craftsmanship please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your urn via this form. We must receive notification prior to any return to prevent any unnecessary delays in a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and items must be insured for full purchase value against loss or damage unless otherwise agreed by us.
